Went on the hunt to find an eye Dr for my kids and I. My wife started called our options for information/appointment and they answered the phone fairly quick, started taking our information, then asked if she could put the phone on hold. She was on hold for 34 minutes before they came back! Nope, cross this one off!
This is the first review I have completed. My family has been patient's of this office for almost two years. Each visit has been an issue. Approximately 3 months ago I called for an appointment and was told the earliest they could get me in was in September. I recieved two calls confirming my appointment and advised the office I would be there.
