Office was very nice about a last minute visit due to an emergency and no other place was open. And the Doctor was amazing!
The doctor is excellent, and the physicians at this location are excellent. However, there is a serious issue with customer service, especially at the front desk. During a phone call, the receptionist abruptly hung up on me and later claimed she had provided information I never heard, attempting to charge me an unjustified $25 fee.
