have been diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, I was under the care of Carolina Partners in Mental Health. On December 18th, 2017 I was made aware through my pharmacist that my medications had been taken away by Mr. Smith. 2 of the medications were Klonopin and Xanax, which state not to stop cold turkey.
