Called, guy said he would have the other guy call me back as he was on the phone at the moment. Guy took my info and hung up. It's been a week and I never received the call.
Paul Garneau produced our plans, engineered and designed, based on a design I saw online. He customized things as we wanted and was really cordial in the process. Also, he produced the plan set several months faster than originally quoted. Pricing was as quoted and after I paid him, he still was “on it” when I had questions. So glad I went with him over the internet. Plus, he knew what was needed for Idaho snow loads. So far the guys that have looked at my plans are impressed by the details and notes.
