Over the top and unnecessary pretending to care mostly from front staff. Front office staff rude and uncaring. Putting you on hold and having someone else to take over the call. However, the next person to come on the line does the exact same thing. Finally, the third person gets all defensive snapping that she's been a dental assistant for 30 years. Dr Ryerson is a superb dentist! He has done an excellent job on my teeth. He is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! I recommend him without reservation. Additionally, his staff is superb! The Shoals area is very fortunate to have him!
I would like to say how wonderful Dr Ryerson and his staff is , they do incredible work . They are so caring and compassionate about taking care of the individuals needs .

Dr. Ryerson has been my dentist since 1984. I have always been very satisfied with his work and the work of his assistants. His office always uses the most updated equipped and methods. He and his staff are always kind and caring.
Best dentist I have used Dr. Ryersons office for several years now. I love the staff they are all so friendly and answer any questions that i have. they also make things very afforable. I do not have insurance so this is a big thing for me.

I have been Dr. Ryerson's patient for 37 years. I think that says it all. I certainly would not still be his patient if I did not think he was the best around, and that includes his staff.
Dr. Ryerson and his lovely staff are always so inviting and knowledgable. I always feel like I am in good hands. Also, they never push any treatments on me. All decisions are made in an understanding, and non-manipulative environment. Because of these, and several other reasons, I never feel afraid or pressured anymore at the dentist. I look forward to to going.
