Ripped me off for $5133.00 and I got nothing for it. Absolutely terrible. No willingness to discuss project or changes on the phone. Clearly didn't read plans. Over engineered the project to cover their own hide. Never asked the soil type being built on. No willingness to discuss why they put a 4' wall and 30" wide footing where NON BEARING walls were in the plan. Ended up canceling my entire project with that builder. I see other people have had good experiences with Mr. Koppenhaver, but that has not been my experience. Our company has to email and call repeatedly to get a response. Not just a 1 time experience. We attempt to use their services serval times a month, and I've been here at this company several years. We have fairly straightforward buildings, but we have to watch every detail on every job (calling an item a 2x4 on 1 page and calling it a 2x6 on the next page for example).

Jim and Lisa are friendly and very helpful. Their expertise is second to none, turn around is fast and prices are very reasonable.
