Dental assistant was very rough with the butterfly x rays being extra mean with the pushing into my soft gum tissue scratching the inside of the mouth area. I have never been treated so poorly in any dentist office. The dentist explained to me I had nothing wrong except for a couple of small cavities but when the financial assistant was done it seemed I needed some gum bacteria treatment before they would clean, treat and polish the teeth. The most pleasant dentist appointment EVER! Dr. McLaren and his staff are kind and considerate. No waiting, no lectures and no pain. If you are looking for a great dentist, this is the place for you.
Dr. Joern and his staff are VERY professional, polite and treat you like family. They care about their patients and want them to be proud of their smiles. I love how I don't have to wait long to get in and they give you options to fit your budget. The environment is very laid back, which is great if you have dentist anxiety. He does fabulous work on adults, as well as children. If you haven't made your appointment you should!

The Doctor listened to all my concerns and I trust his opinions. Too many dentists want to give you their treatment plan with little or no choices, not Dr. Joern. I will be going back to him and taking my son to see him as well!
