Great doc (Dr. Knoeppel), front desk team is professional and personable. And lab staff is amazing (looking at you, Mr Otenell Roman!) Never felt the needle and he got it first time. Not easy with my veins.
Great fast medical care with a friendly staff. Complete with pharmacy, X-Ray and Ultrsound. large parking lots with easy access to the clinic. Much better than going into Tampa to the Main VA Hospital. I give it 5 Stars. ☆☆☆☆☆.
Moved here from out of state. Went in to have records moved and the clerk didn’t know what to do. He checked with supervisor who also didn’t know. It is a simple change of address, assign PCP and request records release. This is why the VA has a bad reputation. 100% service connected and can’t get even a return phone call.

Everyone is courteous and helpful.
Trying to get registered and I waited around for an hour before a nurse comes out and says “this doctor always runs behind - he won’t be able to see you for another hour.” Like thank you for letting me sit around for an hour before telling me it will be another hour....my time might not be valuable to them, but it is to me. I walked out and had to make another appointment to waste more of my time trying to get in.
