James Flood is a really interesting maritime artist (he made his own boat!), who has great attention to detail and really appreciates the ship history behind the paintings. I have Giclées of some of his original paintings, one of my favorites is the HMS Repulse. When discussing the backgrounds and the style of the ships he is very knowledgeable about how the cityscapes and architecture of the ships change over time.
