I was sent to Dr. Charles by my OBGYN after I had passed out during my fifth month of pregnancy. I found him to be so knowledgeable and helpful, that I kept him after I had given birth to treat my chronic migraines and other medical needs. Contrary to some of the reviews I have read here, I have found him to be very patient, thorough and professional. He does take his time with each of his patients so waiting in the waiting room to be seen sometimes may be in the upwards of 30 minutes.
Dr Charles is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. He spends as much time as he needs with us. He explains all of what he is doing in lay mans terms and as to why. He reassures you that we take baby steps but their is a light at the end of the tunnel. He calls you back no matter what time of the day it is. His office staff could not be nicer and compassionate. I have been a nurse for 42 years and I am very pleased with Dr Charles as well as my daughter who is being treated for Migraine
I was sent to him by Claims resolution Corp. (Workers comp). Did the bare minimum to do what he took a oath for which was to treat me and made sure his diagnosis and findings were in the workman's comp favor.
Unprofessional to say the least. Read all reviews about this dr. If workman's compensation suggests him, ask for someone else. I was hospitalized for bleeding on the brain. I had to see this dr so I could return to work. He yelled at me the entire time!!! He yelled at me for what the hospital did as well as my past medical history, which has no bearing on the case. Be safe and find someone else. You have that right!
