Dr. Charles has a terrible bed side manner. The way he speaks to his patients is just awful. My poor mother was very ill and confused. He told us to take her home to pass away, that she was "to old" to treat. My mother was 75 at the time and just turned 77. We went to another Neuologist who was able to diagnose and treat my mom beautifuly.

My 18 yo daughter had refractory chronic migraine. She was failing in school and many neurologists could not help her. Dr Charles and his hospital infusion center and office staff were able to convert her to only 3 migraines per month. She is happy in college. Dr Charles saved my daughters life when no one else could help her

Sent to him as a 2nd opinion by my comp case mgr. Dr. Charles was blunt from the start. This appointment was set up by comp so they said they would forward records. When I told the Dr. this, he asked me "where did you think you were going today?" He reviewed what they sent in regards to a brain tumor/migraines and then gave his unsolicited opinion about my cervical fusion. He said that I didn't need to have had it-QUACK! Nurse apologized for him. Comp was appalled by his exam and opinion

I had been to many neurologists who told me that I was anxious. Dr Charles had correctly diagnosed multiple sclerosis. He prescribed the correct disease modifying treatment for me. If it were not for Dr Charles, I would be in a wheelchair.

Wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say kept on medicating me with antiperspirants for years. My condition kept on getting worse. I kept on asking him to look at my servical mri he refused. I had a huge herniation at c5/6 for 13 years that almost left me dead from pain. I finally took myself to a surgeon. I saved my life but it’s too late I waited too long I have permanent damage in my arms and my neck is bad however it’s better after the surgery. I wish I never met that arrogant dr Charles.

Best doctor you will find for migraines. Will always focus on patients not whoever is with them, and is so knowledgeable that he has diagnosed me with things other neurologists have looked past.

I took my mom to see this so called doctor !! Looked at her for 10 minutes total time and that was his evaluation no bedside manners no personality and very morbid never would see him again ! He should consider retiring . We waited longer in the room for him then the evaluation I hope he's not billing that time to the insurance company !!! Patients beware !! Reconsider and look further .

Dr. Charles saw me as a works comp patient. He ignored my problems and released me without treating my symptoms. I have since found another doctor who has helped me.
