I would NEVER recommend James Charles to my family, friends, or my worst enemy.
Wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say kept on medicating me with antiperspirants for years. My condition kept on getting worse. I kept on asking him to look at my servical mri he refused. I had a huge herniation at c5/6 for 13 years that almost left me dead from pain. I finally took myself to a surgeon. I saved my life but it’s too late I waited too long I have permanent damage in my arms and my neck is bad however it’s better after the surgery. I wish I never met that arrogant dr Charles.

Best doctor you will find for migraines. Will always focus on patients not whoever is with them, and is so knowledgeable that he has diagnosed me with things other neurologists have looked past.
I took my mom to see this so called doctor !! Looked at her for 10 minutes total time and that was his evaluation no bedside manners no personality and very morbid never would see him again ! He should consider retiring . We waited longer in the room for him then the evaluation I hope he's not billing that time to the insurance company !!! Patients beware !! Reconsider and look further .
Dr. Charles saw me as a works comp patient. He ignored my problems and released me without treating my symptoms. I have since found another doctor who has helped me.
Dr Charles correctly diagnosed my niece with absence epilepsy after seeing many other neurologists who failed to diagnose her. Her grades were failing due to frequent petit mal spells. He ordered the correct tests and due to his medication her grades are back up with no further seizures and she. Is again normal .
Dr. Charles has treated my teenage son for chronic headaches, with great success. We have seen several neurologists without help, and the infusions my son received were the only thing that worked. I highly recommend Dr. Charles to anyone dealing with chronic headaches.
Staff was kind and patient. Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and informative.
Had multiple concussions and traumatic brain injury. He felt the symptoms should be away in a few weeks, Said that I needed a psychiatrist. When he cant figure out wht is wrong because he is to stupid to, he blames the patient. Sad when the nurse whispers to go get a different opinion immediately. Waited 3 hours to see him first time in waiting room. 2 hours the other times. Workmens comp insisted on sending me to him. They sent me to another doctor who figured out what he couldnt.
