After suffering from severe migraine headaches for many years, and having seen numerous neurologists, my first visit with Dr. Charles gave me my life back! I had no idea how dibilitated I was until I had been headache free for more than one week. I highly recommend Dr. Charles as he is truly a caring physician with a wealth of knowledge!!!!
My temperature wasn’t checked upon arriving, place is old and not sanitary at all. Charles didn’t even examine me ask me a few questions and basically told me there was nothing wrong. He was very hostile towards me unfriendly could care less of what was wrong with me. The absolute worst doctor I ever went to. He works for insurance company doesn’t care about the oath he took about being a doctor and telling the truth or helping people. I can’t believe that he hasn’t been brought up on any charges cause he should.

Horrible. He should not be practicing. Only went there because my husband had an accident at work and we were sent there by comp. He has a bad concussion, dizziness and numbness in his fingers. He spent 12 min the most wurh us. He watched my husband walk and checked his reflexes. Told us then that my husband had mugraines... pain, dizziness and numbness were all caused by migraines. He had an MRI which showed displaced cervical vertebrae pressing on the spinal cord.....this quack said it was arthritis. Stop taking all the me... read more
Dr. Charles is a triple board certified highly trained neurologist with excellent bedside manner. He diagnosed my mother’s dementia with Alzheimer’s disease, confirmed a team approach and reassured our family with kindness and compassion. His nurse and staff helped us with insurance issues and medication orders. There is no one better.
My father was involved a terrible car accident. Workers comp requested my dad see Charles. It was clear from the minute we saw the doctor he had intentions of writing up a report in favor of the insurance company. He claimed my father exaggerated his symptoms. He wrote up the report making it seem the accident had no impact on his health. He made the report appear all his symptoms he was experiencing occurred prior to the accident. He is a con man and should not be trusted. He should retire.
Dr. Charles has a terrible bed side manner. The way he speaks to his patients is just awful. My poor mother was very ill and confused. He told us to take her home to pass away, that she was "to old" to treat. My mother was 75 at the time and just turned 77. We went to another Neuologist who was able to diagnose and treat my mom beautifuly.
My 18 yo daughter had refractory chronic migraine. She was failing in school and many neurologists could not help her. Dr Charles and his hospital infusion center and office staff were able to convert her to only 3 migraines per month. She is happy in college. Dr Charles saved my daughters life when no one else could help her
Sent to him as a 2nd opinion by my comp case mgr. Dr. Charles was blunt from the start. This appointment was set up by comp so they said they would forward records. When I told the Dr. this, he asked me "where did you think you were going today?" He reviewed what they sent in regards to a brain tumor/migraines and then gave his unsolicited opinion about my cervical fusion. He said that I didn't need to have had it-QUACK! Nurse apologized for him. Comp was appalled by his exam and opinion
I had been to many neurologists who told me that I was anxious. Dr Charles had correctly diagnosed multiple sclerosis. He prescribed the correct disease modifying treatment for me. If it were not for Dr Charles, I would be in a wheelchair.
