Really listens to his patients and their concerns.
Very easy appointment - Dr. Butler listened to my concerns and engaged with questions. I highly recommend. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable as well.
I waited over an hour for the doctor. I have a real problem with doctor's wasting my time like it's not as valuable as theirs. However, when I asked if this was normal for Dr. Butler, they emphatically said no, there had been some sort of mixup. I guess I'll give it another try.... When I finally saw the doctor, he was helpful. Hopefully what he recommended will work.
