Rude from the moment he walked into the room! I accompanied a friend to her appointment with him. She was sitting on the exam table and I was sitting in the corner on a chair. He walked into the room, past my friend (the patient) up to me and asked me "how long has your face been like that? ". I was shocked, appalled and confused.
