Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

I was registered and seen promptly. Dr. Jamel saw me personally and performed a very thorough examination of my eyes. He explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions before we parted. I'm very impressed with the level of care and service Dr. Jamel provides and would recommend him to any of my friends.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
