Jay provided a stellar service on my wife’s Fiat 500. He was able to clear the emission codes and now thanks to Jay the vehicle is registered

Jay and the guys here are great. They always do a great job and are very detailed and thorough. I had some work done at a different mechanic recently, and I had to bring my car to Jamco to have the job re-done properly with better quality parts and more in depth maintenance. Jay got my car running great, tested a bunch of things, explained everything, and the price was fair.

Poor communication. We had to call to get any update. Ran a diagnostic and fixed the “problem” just for it to not actually be the problem. We were charged for the diagnostic, the service, and labor. We ended up towing our vehicle and having the repairs made that Jamco diagnosed (an $800 repair) just for the repair to not actually be what was wrong. So now we’re out $1000 between the very expensive diagnostic and a completely incorrect repair.
