After a terrible experience with a different technician earlier in the day at a different company, I had an excellent experience with Jambreeze. The previous technician said that the part I needed would probably be $2500+ and was rude to both me and my wife, but wanting anything to do with him I called Jambreeze. Joe came over around 6:00pm, was very nice, and said that the part should definitely be covered under warranty, and that he would look into getting it the next day. amazing help everything done in a timely manner was here on time and even did a favor for me when I asked they are very helpful
Our A/C wasn’t working, Jambreeze sent Joe out the day we called to diagnose the issue. He called us and talked through multiple options for repair or replacement. They installed our new unit quickly, for a fair price and a payment structure that worked for us. Would absolutely recommend this team!
