Good contact but no follow up. High prices
They were helpful.
These guys are doing some sketchy shit. One guy who is upper management( thats the info my dads lawyer got) Ran a red light and hit my dad in a Hummer he did not own. He lied about having insurance and refused to speak with my dads lawyers. My fathers lost 1/2 his hearing permanently and this asshole payed a 35$ ticket. The sketchy shit is he works at a car lot and drives around in cars from the lot without insurance in a reckless way so who knows what other crimes may have been committed in the car you would buy here. They were very nice and accommodating especially because we were coming from out of town and were willing to wait for us! They are helping to try and find another vehicle for us!
Sales woman nice but doesn't know fleet, car needed brakes which they say they repaired
Horrible - called them and they said vehicle was there. I drove all the way there and they did not have it. Very shady, deceptive operation. Awful. Stay away.

I heard back right away and was told I would be contacted when the car was ready to see but I was never contacted again.
The Lexus was an accident one which they did not disclose on the listing. I found out about the accident after I reviewed the car fax report which they provided upon request. I had to notice that the vehice was totally and the airbags were activated at the accident which is a serious accident. Air bags do not just get activated with every fender bender. The SR tried to minimize the accident and told me the airbags got activated. Dealership was not initilly response. Had to send a follow email to get the infomation. I do not ... read more
