I am very disappointed in how my son's first appointment went. The front desk associates treated me and my husband as if we were invisible and we were literally standing right in front of them didn't acknowledge us or even tell us to hold on or that someone would be right with us and then we get called to the back and the dentist expressed my concerns and had one of the ladies that worked up front come back to hear my concerns and she claimed she didn't see us standing there when she was up there by the Hispanic woman.
