My son has been a patient for about 2 years and we love Dr. Stella as well as the team she has at Jambo Dental. I appreciate the patience the staff and Dr. Stella had when my son was rambunctious and had trouble with his appointments due to Autism and ADHD. They always treated him with respect and that went a long way with having made my son comfortable with the entire team there.
If I could give them a 0 star I would my son is past due with his yearly cleaning I have had so many inconveniences with them lately one major one is not answering the phone calls nor returning the calls, they refuse to give my toddler service just because he has autism and so far some other issues with them not being organized. And until this day since December 2025 I have not been able to get in touch to schedule and appointment fir my oldest son…!!!
My kids Love Jambo
Horrible waiting time is too loooong just for a cleaning I have 3 children that attend and they are always last in and last out Ive tried it 3 times and I do not recommend they do not allow you to go back with your children front desk is somewhat of a snob Stella is awesome but that wait time before they see you and while they are seeing you is horrible and it’s even worst if your not back there like what is going on with my children
