For a smoothie shop located within spitting distance of a grocery store. This place is out of bananas unacceptably frequently. About 25% of the time I visit this location they have no bananas. About another 25% of the time they make my chunky strawberry bowl using non-standard ingredients, meaning that it tastes unusual and has an unusual consistency.
