Oh my goodness, there was an older woman just now who asked if there was a menu she could read. The girl said, No, sorry. — And the girl just turned around and started rummaging around the back counter while the older lady had to search on her phone for a menu. Soooo awkward. We were the only two people in the store and I had already ordered.
Closed during posted hours with no signage or notice. That’s unacceptable. This location consistently has issues—out of ingredients, long waits, and poor communication. It feels poorly managed and not customer-focused. Until they fix basic operations, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.
Shoutout to Sarah at Jamba Juice for turning what should’ve been a quick smoothie run into an awkward experience. Nothing says “welcome” like being treated as an inconvenience for existing and ordering a drink. The eye rolls, the monotone responses, the general vibe of “I’d rather be anywhere else” really added a unique flavor to my smoothie. Customer service clearly isn’t her passion, and it shows. We were so excited to get this today ( 12/14/2025. We were sitting there for at least 10 minutes waiting for it to open. ( no big deal). Right before its about to open we look up through the window and saw the young man in there blow his nose, and wipe his nose with his bare hands and NOT wash his hands. Yep, we left. No thank you. Last time we were here, they were out of several mixes to make drinks we wanted too. Thats the last time for us. That is gross. We will not be back here.
