I’ll start off by saying, the smoothies were good. But the customer service was poor! I waited 45 min to get two small smoothies. Other people would come in and get their smoothies first. They completely forgot! Also, did not get a receipt to tell them what I ordered. I asked for a refund on one drink as I didn’t receive it, Jeanne, I think her name is, stated “we don’t do that”. Order took over 30 minutes and only four people were in front of me. The two lady’s working seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. Ice machine was broken… I can go on
Honestly, Cormik and Sara went out of their way to make my bowls amazing! Fantastic customer service delicious yogurt bowls!
Every time I go they're out of bananas, no matter how many times they get a truck. Hopefully they can fix this issue.
