I used to talk highly of this place. But recently they haven't had no product. We even waited there for them to open one day and nobody showed up. It was supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday and it turned into 10:30 a.m. and still no one showed up. This is a very inadequate service they are also not that friendly. They are very very rude and will tell you this place sucks we have no product in so you can only order two drinks. I highly recommend going somewhere else this was very awful service!!!! I've been waiting weeks for them to have oatmeal and they still dont have it. I almost just want to assume they're denying me because they're lazy. They pick up the phone with an attitude. I was once charged 30+ dollars for them just to go in the back and tell me they didn't have the contents to make it. Refunds take upwards of a buisness week.
A week before yesterday I’d gone to Jamba to get 4 orders of oats and a Belgium waffle everything was great I ordered the girl working was sweet I paid sat down, at least 5-10 minutes later I was told they were completely out of oats and when I asked how long It’d take for me to be refunded another women who seemed to be of a higher ranking rudely dismissed me. Super friendly staff but there out of stock but still found a way to give us 100% service highly recommended
Jayden and Miley were both very kind and had excellent customer service! Over and Beyond...I been a Jamba regular for over 15years! They still got it they are the best smoothie crafters!
