Really shocked by how bad their customer service was. We came 2 hours before they close, and all the chairs were already stacked on each other. We asked if we could use the chairs, and one of the guys said yes. And when we were about to leave, one of female workers told us to stack the chairs back. Jamba Juice you are the worst at customer service. And sadly it's not completely the employees fault. Please pay for more staff members. And also get a better app if you want this to be possible. All I wanted was one smoothie using my rewards points. Couldn't do it through the app. Couldn't do it at the kiosk. Asked for help and was ignored for 20 minutes. I really like your product but I just can't deal with being ignored when I made it clear I needed help.
