Need to educate your employees on the difference between a service animal and a pet. Saying they have an allergy isn't a reason to kick out a service animal. They aren't required to wear a vest by law, and I won't make her wear it in very hot weather like today. They made us stand outside in the heat even after I told them it was a service dog.

How’d, I’m a daily stopper here at the Chico Jamba on east avenue, and I go to all jambas depending where I’m at. But generally here at this location everyday. I have found this location is the only location that doesn’t offer fresh ginger and wheatgrass shots. I’m really hoping we can get this fresh service back, the little bottles don’t hold the nutritional value, as the fresh pressed. Please bring it back, as I’m a huge supporter of your location. It’s always good however the last time they said you have to order from the kiosk and my friend couldn’t navigate it and asked could you just please take my order and the guy was really put off by that not good customer service in that moment but we all have our daysotherwise it’s always good smoothies
