Took my granddaughter to get a drink and with only 1 other customer inside they couldn’t acknowledge us. After waiting over 5 minutes with nobody in front of us, we left and will not be back. Bunch of 16 year old rude kids you employ
I waited 30 minutes for my oatmeal while everyone else got their orders ahead of mine. The oatmeal was cold in the middle and the berries were extremely soggy. I got a mediocre apology for the wait. It was entertaining to watch the staff flirt with certain customers while others got ignored. Poor experience. Won’t be going back.
