Kinda quiet today, but always a delight.
Do not order online, they will make it wrong and then they ask the staff who made the order wrong, if they made it right. Literally no customer service skills at all.
Came here on 5/7 at 5:30 pm and had a kid take my order who was extremely rude when i told him i wanted to remove bananas from my drink due to an allergy he got snippy with me and was trying to get me to order a drink that has all bananas due to him not knowing the menu. when i asked what his name was he had told me dante (which could be spelt wrong due to no one having name tags) i worked here at Jamba for 3 years and am very aware of how i like my drink order but he was extremely rude and was getting upset about my order a... read more
