Your bathrooms are disgusting. Please fix them and clean them.
The atmosphere is really nice and I love the smoothies and waffles. It is really healthy and good.
Tonight, We ordered two smoothies and an açaí bowl. Food is fine, but the customer service was awful. No one welcomed us in. The girl taking our order wouldnt even acknowledge us until I said what I wanted to order. I asked several questions about lemonades and she couldn’t answer any, and the boy that did answer wouldnt speak up. Then they forgot to make our second drink. All while the girl cashier had her hands up her own shirt and I could see her stomach. It was gross. I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this location.

It was just me and one other customer in front of me and five employees. The customer was struggling with something on his phone about the order and needed help - totally understand. While this was happening, though, the other four employees were just chatting. One came over to help but then the original employee that was helping walked away. Eventually they got it to work.
