Never answer the phone always take so long to receive my order
OK this is actually unbelievable!! I just left the store a couple hours ago and ordered drinks for me and my kids. The drinks tasted horrendous. I was told they don’t have ice, STILL. ITS been about a month and they STILL don’t have ice. How does a smoothie store not have ice? What a shame. Management is not doing their job.
I am beyond upset by what has happened to the management at this Jamba Juice. I have been going to this place for 3 years now and almost never have bad interactions with the employees. The manager who refused to give me their name who had feminine qualities had the worst customer service I have ever seen. It seemed like they were upset to see customers showing up, talked down to me and refused to fix the order that they messed up.
