I arrived with my kids at 5:30pm on a Sunday after a long drive from Death Valley, really looking forward to getting some shakes. The posted hours said the store was open until 7pm, but the employee locked the door right as we were walking up. When I asked if we could still order, she said she needed about 10 minutes to restock. We came back after 10 minutes, but she then told us she was closing early and hadn’t restocked after all. Stopped by for the $5 açaí bowl promotion, but the store was on a 45-minute break. After waiting, customers were told the açaí bowls were no longer available due to being out of fresh fruit and granola. This should have been communicated upfront instead of after the wait. Better organization and clearer communication would improve the experience.
