I really like the strawberry whirl smoothie. The apple strawberry juice blend is so good. I appreciate the service . Jumba juice is great for this hot weather.
Peanut Butter Moo'd is my go to. Always delicious and satisfying. I usually also get a savory pretzel. It's usually a hit or miss. Either not cooked, dry, or really tough. Well today I got mine burnt. This is a new low for Jamba Juice food quality. I probably will not be returning to Jamba Juice again. Don't like to waste money. Because last few times I've been really disappointed with there savory pretzel.
There was only one gentleman working while 30 people were waiting for drinks . He held his cool the entire time but let us know that they only have 1 person working at a time and they overlap there schedules. This is a form of the worst management I've ever seen . How is he supposed to break himself or even use the restroom!? Also its completely unsafe for him to be there alone . Be better Jamba Juice hire more people Step up management
Mikaela gave me worst customer service experience… this was my first time here and there was no one else in the room, she took almost 5 minutes to come up to the register to ring me out, no smile, no welcome, really rude eye contact. This employee should not be the face of your company.. she could use customer service classes. I will not be coming back.
Been in here a few times now on my break and they usually only have one staff member named Allie or Alex (I’m bad with names) one afternoon around 2:30pm as usual she was very busy attending all the customers on her own and I needed to pay cash so when she finally got to me unfortunately she didn’t have enough change for me, I was clearly irritated but left to grab smaller change and when I came back she was apologetic and made things right with me.
