A $10 smoothie should have the customer service to match. Not asking you to fake a smile, or pretend to love your job, but a few of the attitudes are really off-putting. I come here twice a day and this team could likely use some moral building or an employee appreciation day, in all seriousness. You can afford it, Jamba. Take care of your employees; it will quickly reflect in customer satisfaction.
