I stopped by Jamba recently and honestly had a awesome experience. Angie helped me out and was super kind from the moment I walked in. She was patient while I decided what to order, kept a really positive attitude, and made the whole interaction feel welcoming instead of rushed. My drink came out great and the service overall just stood out compared to most places. Employees like Angie are definitely the reason people come back.
self service only but the employees don't inform you beforehand if they're out of ingredients? too busy texting to focus on the quality of the drink. go to literally any other smoothie place but this one. would've given 0 stars were it an option.

My recent visit was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff was willing to fix mistakes—the gal promptly remade my drink when it arrived without the extra kale I'd ordered—the overall operation felt unpolished. My Banana PB smoothie was unfortunately quite watery, lacking the thick, creamy texture I expected. They were also operating with their juicer down. The drinks are okay in a pinch, but consistency and supervision need improvement.
