Walked in with 10 minutes till closing. I was told she couldn’t make any bowls because she closes in 10 minutes. That’s inconvenient and disappointing, now I have to go to a further location.
I stopped by Jamba recently and honestly had a awesome experience. Angie helped me out and was super kind from the moment I walked in. She was patient while I decided what to order, kept a really positive attitude, and made the whole interaction feel welcoming instead of rushed. My drink came out great and the service overall just stood out compared to most places. Employees like Angie are definitely the reason people come back.
self service only but the employees don't inform you beforehand if they're out of ingredients? too busy texting to focus on the quality of the drink. go to literally any other smoothie place but this one. would've given 0 stars were it an option.
