PLEASE stop letting Uber Eats bike riders accept delivery orders( except Russel, his orders are always ice cold). I spent $21 on a smoothie today, and after 30 minutes of delays and confusing updates, the driver picked up another order after mine. By the time he was headed to my house , it was definitely melted. I’m tired of receiving bad quality food because of this so I canceled, and now I’m out $21 with no refund, and no food. This really isn’t right. The workers that they had tonight made it the best one I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect! Taste, customer service etc was exceptional!!🥤🥭🍏🍓
