In and out fast service. Drinks here are tasty
I came in today and the service was absolutely terrible. First off I entered the facility the employees did not acknowledge me. I stood there waiting to order and then someone else walked in first and they decided to take their order first. Talk about disrespectful and unapologetic. I will never enter this location again. The two male employees specifically the ones that were working on 1/23/26 @ 2:30pm have zero customer service and quite frankly they don’t want to do their job . Employees are rude and the service I received today was absolutely horrible. I am really appalled that an established would hire employees who don’t have customer service skills. If you didn’t want to work today you should’ve stayed home. I am not a fan of attitudes and horrible customer service. I will not return here again. Management needs to be aware of what’s happening at this facility.
I come to this location with great regularity so I bought a gift card since it came with a free $5 reward card. In trying to use the reward card with any purchase it fails to work and no one at the store is able to provide any assistance. They won’t even exchange it for a different card. I’ll be moving all my smoothie business down the street.
