I placed a mobile order and walked in to find trash everywhere, a full bin, and several employees just standing around. I told one of them I had a mobile order—she kept joking and barking orders, then turned her back and ignored me. I stood at the pickup counter waiting. Eventually, another girl came out and asked if I’d been helped. Only then did they decide to start making my order—after I gave my name. Ordered three orange dream with energy, usually I also have vitamins, but they still didn't have any.
This location is a joke. The advertising of the hr monthly flavor is posted in no less than 4 posters, yet they don't have it in stock. I had to wait for 1 of the 2 people working there to finish an order, while the other person did NOTHING. Only then did they tell me they don't have it. Wtf. Pull the posters or something this was a complete waste of time. Not acceptable.
