I am regular customer who order Dragon fruit smoothie bowl each time. Today, I took one and it was not the same quality. They seem to add shaved ice to their base fruit juice to save money which lower the quality and taste. What ai had wasn’t dragon fruit smoothie bowl but a shaved ice with some fruit flavour. Disappointing.. Customers are not stupid and figure out you cutting corners to make more profit..
Think I got a smoothie with expired ingredients. It tasted like mold and old. Not enjoyable at all. Mango, acai and peanut butter smoothie. Jamba juice in Hilo.
Apparently the workers here can’t be bothered with work.
Went in for fresh-squeezed orange juice. Jamba juices solution to a problem - remove the machine. Terrible business model.
