I went and it supposed to close at 8:30pm as I was walking up to the door with still 5min to spear the employees saw me walking up to the door and the turned the lights off if it closed at 8:30 why are they closing 5min earlier one and two why turn off the lights as they're looking at me walk up just because they didn't wanna service me a paying customer RIDICULOUS!!!
Just went in, stood at the counter and never was acknowledged. I would recommend training the individual to at least greet or acknowledge the person coming in.
Stopped by today and was helped by Maggie and Kyle, great hospitality & all around friendly experience, smoothies were on point I’ll deffinetly be back here. Thanks Maggie!
It says the drive thru closes at 8pm and I was in the drive before 7:30pm and I was the last one in the line and the employee tells me they can’t take my order cuz they need time to close. I even mentioned that Google states it closes at 8pm but he still said they can’t. What a waste of my time! I was going to have a simple order and they wouldn’t even bother to ask. Maybe correct your hours!!!!
I purchase a large orange juice and half of the cup was ice, lm pretty upset l feel like the guy that help me he doesn't want to be there, he make a comment that the orange juice is expensive there and l said "yeah oh well " now l know that's expensive for a half cup of juice and half cup of ice that's really expensive jamba you should find an other employee
