I was starting to drink Jamba Juice's smoothie regularly and eventually found out I was being slowly poisoned (because I have food allergies) because of their EXTREME cross-contamination practices in the San Jose, CA stores. I entered the store and was not greeted. The person who took my order told me he was sleepy when I mentioned his lack of customer service. He got my order wrong and when I notified the person who was preparing it she was short tempered and rude. So I asked for my money back she slammed it down on the counter and said, " Here now go."I'm calling corporate to report this very poor service in Redwood City, California.
