I work in the mall and I normally go to Jamba Juice. Today when I went there were 3 ppl working. No one said hi or I’ll be right with you. They were just chit chatting between themselves. I got tired of waiting so I went a cross to wetzel pretzel. They helped me right away. I work in retail over 20 plus years so I know things can be hectic, but a “I’ll be right with you or thank you for waiting” goes along way to a customer. I won’t be revisiting this location again.

I was having a bad day & cold drinks help out with bad days. Jamba Juice it is. Amasi made me the best cold smoothie while her herself was having a bad day. We helped each other smile. This place is a total vibe.

I wish I could rate this zero because the customer service was pathetic. I drove from the Slauson and western location for a particular drink that had coconut whip unfortunately I was told they didn’t have it in stock and would when inventory was restocked Tuesday so I drove to the Westfield Culver City location. It was 737 at the time and that was plenty of time from the location where I was. After parking and walking to the Jamba Juice in the mall we got to the counter at 7:48’ plenty of time before 8pm.
