I stopped by to get a smoothie, but it was so gosh darn hot inside. I could only imagine what the workers must feel like. Smoothie was great, though.
This location is a joke. Arrived at 10:05 AM, only to find the doors still locked—even though they’re supposed to open at 9 AM. Employees were inside, but instead of serving customers, they came to the door to say the closing crew didn’t do their job and they needed another 10 minutes to set up. That means they were already over an hour behind schedule. Instead of taking orders and stocking as they go, they chose to stand around and delay service even further. Love this place. Quick to assist me
Came in to order a smoothie and pretzel. I had a request on the prep for the pretzel that some water be added(to keep the pretzel from being dry). Was told that was unsanitary. I have ordered it this way at other Jamba juices before with no issues. So, no purchase.
I had an exceptional experience at Jamba Juice thanks to James and Mary. As I walked in, Mary greeted me warmly, saying, “Hello! How are you doing today? Welcome to Jamba Juice. How can I assist you?” Their friendliness and professionalism made my visit truly enjoyable.
