We wanted to try this Jamba during out trip to Chicago after visiting the 360 Tilt. This one is located just on the exit of 360. The staff is friendly and attentive. We ordered Acai bowl and some frozen drinks. The interior was well maintained for the tourist spot. They have interior and some outside seating. The Acai bowl and drinks were perfect for the hot day.
It supposed to be good. However, the stuff are rude, barely moving, long delays, in top of that, they always run out of ingredients. I'll pray that the managers would take action to fix this branch.

This location is walking distance to 909 North, a high-end mall in Downtown Chicago. There are also several hotels around, including, the Westin, Four Seasons, & Ritz-Carlton.
