I normally like going to this place cuz it's right next to my job for convenience, but now I'm going to start going to somewhere else. When I walk in today to get my smoothie A worker and a customer were loudly complaining about how many homeless people were in the area and that they had to serve a homeless lady who had went around asking someone to buy her something to drink. Made the atmosphere very unwelcoming and unpleasant.
I rarely come to Jamba Juice unless I’m craving a smoothie. It seems like every time the staff are extremely rude. I went in for a quick smoothie yesterday morning and asked for a mango smoothie not knowing there were different kinds. The guy taking my order responded very snarky and asked “which one?” Overall he just had a very condescending tone and even started complaining to himself (about me ordering) as if I wasn’t in the same room with him. The smoothies we got were excellent! Husband got something different than what he said but he still liked it. The inside of store smelled funny and the outside of store had overflowing trashcans - gross. If it were cleaner we would have stayed to drink.
Love the drinks and that I can get a lot of protein from them.
