Smoothie was fairly good. Got oatmilk instead of the juice blend. Didn’t really like that the smoothie wasn’t fully blended but I didn’t mind it much since I like chewing on blueberries. Good price for what I purchased!! Norman took my order. He did a good job. Will be coming back for sure. QR code on receipt didn’t work…
I submitted an order for delivery I February 2025. I paid in full and typed in my address correctly. After taking my payment the website Jamba.com as well as the app changes my address to an address that is not mine. The driver delivered my order to the incorrect address and when I went to the store location they said there is nothing that they can do because the order was “delivered successfully”. The woman who works there is rude. We spent money here freely this morning, proud to support Jamba Juice as it’s been our favorite since we were kids. While we were there, we see a sign that says Smoothie Day: $1 smoothies June 21st 3p-6p in store only. So we finish ordering, then make a note to come back for the special. WHEN WE COME BACK FOR THE SPECIAL THEY SAY THAT WAS ONLY FOR THE FIRST 20 PEOPLE!! LOL!! Didn’t even try to make up a decent lie or a reason worth believing.. How does that even sound? Was denied national promotion. Told for 1st 20 customers only. Watched a dozen parents leave after also being denied. #failedpromotion #selfsabatoge #lostcustomers.
Lied about the dollar drinks for national smoothie day also they was holding the line until the end of the promotion this is false advertisement I went to smoothie king instead
