5 star juice baybay!
Horrible location I ordered online and because the promotion that I used was not the right price they did not make my order, told me call my bank and cancel the order, and then locked the door in my face and started recording me from the window. I don’t know what business Jamba Juice is running but this is horrible
Employee stated she did not have my order after confirming my items and name. Then refused to make my order and refused to refund my order. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. If you are too overwhelmed since your owner staffed only you I understand but at least give me a refund for the items you refused to make. At this point corporate has been contacted. This is extremely bad business practices.
I’ve had Jamba Juice for over 20 years and this has to be one of the worst locations. A horrible representation of Jamba. The drink I got was absolutely disgusting and tasted rotten and bitter. When I asked the guy to remake it was just as bad. I told him to make one and try it and he said he can’t drink the drinks. Which is odd, how do you know your quality?
