Just came from there and the girls had such attitude. If you don’t want to work then don’t but you little girls work for a franchise and need to represent good companies like this better, did you guys have a bad day and decide to take it out on the customers!?! Walk in, no one is there to greet you, then look at my video, I end up with a ton of frozen chunks of fruit because my drink was hardly blended. Disappointed…
I’ve had this happen multiple times now. I arrive at this location around 9:15 PM, after exiting the I-5 specifically to come here, and this is the fourth time in a row that the employees say they don’t have any toppings available for the bowls. They only offer drinks. If that’s the case late at night, it would be helpful to let customers know ahead of time. Otherwise people are getting off the freeway for nothing. Don’t make the trip expecting a bowl if you’re coming later in the evening.
After working the night shift, all I wanted was a waffle bowl before I went to bed . I ordered a strawberry/blueberry with coconut whip and bananas. Instead I got a warm soupy waffle bowl with very starchy and bitter bananas . I can’t believe that the 2 employees really thought it was ok to serve me that , no common sense at all . This isn’t the first time I had problems here , but I’m over it . This location is trash . I’ll drive somewhere else for now on .
