Cashier lacks knowledge and attention to details. Had to ask me how to use my card on the reader ans asked how many orders I have.
As you can see from the receipt, I ordered 2 very similar, yet very different smoothies. BOTH had bananas, and telling the difference between beyond that was moot. I attempted to phone the store (had to look up their ph#, as you can see it's not on the receipt). Auto answer with a generic Jamba AI operator, was transferred to the store and the store hung up the call without even a hello.
