I’m always at Jamba but closer in otay lakes. Great customer service there & they always Greet me. I came Here because I was In the area, so I walk In and not once did i get Greeted or even a Hey we will be right with you. Nothing. So as I waited A little longer and I start to think….. Do I just Get in my car and go through the drive thru to get some help or leave and not get my daughter anything. I had an amazing experience, I made a few last minute changes (which I usually worry about asking in food service) but Kaleo! (Or kyle, wasn’t sure his name sorry! ) was so extremely sweet and accommodating, I hardly ever get an experience these days that’s so pleasant! He didn’t hesitate to make the quick changes even if it was an error on my part. AMAZINGGG!
Both restrooms closed. What a shame when they charge what they do and lock the CUSTOMER restroom (lazy and unacceptable). One had the out of order sign but the other was just locked. The young employee didnt have a single thing to say. Will not be going there.
one of the guys that work here always puts so much honey on the acai bowls and i deeply appreciate him. get him a raise immediately
