Takes way to long to get my drinks every time I go. No on in store and only one in drive through. Never have I ever had to wait so long at a jamba juice in my life. I even go inside ones and they didn't take that long.
Ordered on the App for a pickup 30 minutes later. I got there and they did not reserve any pretzel bites for me and also did not see my smoothie ticket. I waited for about 18 minutes for my order. The staff has always been friendly, so no complaints there. But on one of my first visits, I pulled up at 8:05 and waited for about 15 minutes with no one coming on the speaker.
