Update********* The lady now at the checkout basically forced tips. The machine she gives you had no tip option and she sai just press the down button for one which automatically adds 20,15,or 10% I’m already paying 17 for two smoothies. crazy. Ordered on the App for a pickup 30 minutes later. I got there and they did not reserve any pretzel bites for me and also did not see my smoothie ticket. I waited for about 18 minutes for my order. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Came to pick up an Uber order and these people were so rude to me and hardly acknowledged me. Took 3 separate people to get the order and it was sitting there ready for several minutes. Just needed someone to bag it and hand it to me. It's like they were intentionally making me wait for absolutely no reason. Management definitely needs to look into their staff here.
This location, every single time without fail, gets my order wrong. I put it in on the app and ask for no honey or coconut flakes as I am ALLERGIC, and each and every time they mess it up and add them on there anyway. They also never ever work on the mobile orders I put in until I get there so we have to sit there waiting for 10-15 minutes for the order to be done. I’ll happily go out of my way to the over off 35 because they are kinder and have your food ready for you when you get there!
My friend and I went in together and we were paying separately, the lady working took my order first and made mine before taking my friends. We ordered the same smoothie. Mine was completely fine, it’s the one that’s more pink and half gone. It took probably 15 min for her to make my friends, and it was completely melted and liquidy. Took 20 mins to even be able to order with no one in line, then 20 minutes to make the smoothie and when I got it it is basically water, terrible and disappointing, will not be back. These 2 are supposed to be the same smoothie
