EXTREMELY rude and dismissive African American girl working today. She ignored, rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed I mean you could feel her bad vibe from a mile away! Wow I am shocked. Completely unacceptable. The man working along side her was very kind, but that girl needs to go!!! Do better Jamba!! No one wants to work around such a bad vibe and no customers want to deal with that either!!! Yuck
My husband and I visited Jamba Juice today and had a fantastic experience! The service was exceptional. Ali and Jakai were incredibly helpful and friendly. My husband had a special order for his drink, and they absolutely nailed it. We really appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. We left very happy and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Ali and Jakai!
Saturday April 12, at 5pm. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We came here for juice or smoothies and hadn’t come to Jamba in a long time. We came in, no one greeted us- we greeted them, it was a bit awkward. I generally like to find low carb and low calorie options for smoothies. The worker didn’t give me any recommendations or suggestions on substitutions.
