Paid about $10 plus tip for a smoothie after learning they were out of fresh oranges. While waiting, I asked for the restroom key since the door says it’s for customer use and ask member for the key. The staff said there’s no key, so I waited, only to find the door locked. When I asked again, they told me the restroom is for employees only.
