I’ve come to this location every once in a while, but last time and today, the place was locked despite it being open hours
After going into the store today I was disappointed into what Jamba has become. 1) I was not greeted by the worker at the front, or acknowledged, and it was just awkwardly silent. 2) After my order was taken, the worker just charged at the register without telling me where to wait or the wait time for my drink (I was in a rush too) But I understand that people can have bad days so I was trying not to be too bothered. 3) BUT THEN once I got my drink, I realized it was not the one I ordered. Stop wasting peoples time and close this location. I walked in and said good morning to the only person working here and was not acknowledged. Furthermore…. They don’t have ANY oatmeal bowls. They don’t have the chunky strawberry bowls or any other bowls. And they don’t have a phone so you can’t call them ahead of time to see what they have in stock. What a waste of a trip! Walked in with my wife and kids, and there was already a line of people waiting. There was a girl making a drink and the other washing some blenders. Neither acknowledged us. Both parties ahead of us stated they had been waiting 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Both worker girls looked up and started chit-chatting. The party in front of the line left as they weren't helped. The second party did as well, and we did as well 10 minutes after the other 2 parties.
