i came in and got my peanut butter drink from martha (my fav employee). i never get anything less and excellent service and i see her give everyone else the same level of kindness and courtesy. when i was there today around 3pm, a lady walked in w her daughter and was making faces at me. she just seemed like trouble and sure enough, she asked about a promotion on the wall and miss martha and her coworker w the curly hair (i didn’t get her name) kindly let her know that they are not currently honoring that promo but were advi... read more
Joint smells, customer service lacking, and drinks "frozen fresh" didn't spend a dime here
Visit and waited to be attended but wasn’t. As I was standing to order the employee was on her phone talking through her headphones. Terrible customer service.
The customer before me ordered a carrot juice and was telling the maker that it was too sour but she kept treating him like he was the weird one. She then said that their juice machine contains traces of previous juices made so that could be the cause - so do they not even clean it properly to get the right flavor? I got an acai bowl and requested no granola or honey and the acai was so watery as soon as it came out and there were still bits of granola inside. I do not recommend this location.
