The cashier is not very good at letting you know if they are out of something they tell you after you already pay and get your order and you as the customer tell them if something is missing. The same person also told me oh but I added more honey but I PAID for the extra honey so that is not an extra courtesy it’s basic what I ordered not very good place. Ever since I returned back to the office in January (2025) I have visited Jamba on 7thAve & Osborn a handful of times. Trinity has had the same upbeat attitude that is needed most mornings for us ALL. One day I ordered an item that has bananas and you guys were all out, she offered a substitute item and promised it would taste the same... AND IT DID! I seriously love this location! Everyone here is incredibly nice and courteous. When I walk in Trinity or Maliah know my order right away. Seriously above and beyond in all ways! Also, Skylar is an amazing addition to this already outstanding team. I've never had a bad experience at any Jamba but this team is sincerely great! 5 stars all day long!!
Absolutely love this location! Maliah is the best! Super sweet lady and she's seriously the nicest jamba associate I've ever encountered. She deserves a raise!
My smoothie was very good I got the Peanut Butter Moo’d and it was creamy and delicious. Service was fast and the place was clean
