I had a horrible experience with Jamba Juice located on 3350 N 7th Ave, Phoenix. I submitted my order days in advance for smoothie bowls for my team. The scheduled delivery time was supposed to be at 7:45, they did not arrive until 2 hours later. My team went without breakfast. The manager of the store sent me a message but ghosted me after I replied to her.
The employee seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Tone is everything, also if I wanted to order on the kiosk I would have done that. It wasn’t busy.
