Everything was amazing I haven’t been to a Jamba Juice in years, but Sophia’s customer service was so amazing I’ll be coming back soon!

Honestly worst customer service ever. We have been waiting for 5 minutes just to order. ORDERR ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
The lady who took my order was rude. I asked for a drink on the menu her response we don't have the ingredients instead of offering me a different option she walked away. She finally came back. I ordered something else on the menu and it was size large. My cup wasn't filled. It was just a bad service. I can't say the names as they don't have name tags. I won't be coming back anymore
