I had a bad experience with the person taking orders—I think her name is Andrea. We asked her questions about the menu, but she didn't know anything; instead of stopping to answer us, she just kept walking and ignored us. It was disrespectful, and she acted the same way with other customers. The company really needs to train its employees properly.
You guys suck! If you're gonna make substitutions you need to ask first so people can decide if they want a refund or not. My sandwich is on the wrong bread so now it tastes disgusting! 🤢 Thanks for ruining my day!
Horrible customer service
