Shockingly rude and hostile staff. Never had worse service. Avoid this one like the plague!
Crazy Rich Asians was right—salmonella and despair. After having a smoothie here, I got immediate food poisoning after just a few sips. It’s the most sick I’ve ever been while traveling. Do not recommend.
The açaí bowl was delicious, my friend gave it great reviews so I decided to try the Jamba Juice at Terminal 5 at JFK. I was enjoying it until I found a human hair inside of it. I was so disappointed, I end up throwing the rest of it out. I’m not bashing the company. I just wanted the employees to be aware and be more careful when serving the customers.
Smoothie tasted very watered down and they expect you to drink it through a straw the size of a needle.
