Usually the staff is nice and helpful. Once in a while, they seem to be a bit argumentative, like today. Drinks are tasty.
Waited 19 minutes for two smoothies, and there were maybe three other people there so not busy. Sorry, just not acceptable for that kind of wait.
This was my first visit to this location, and I was impressed! The lobby was exceptionally clean, and the employee at the counter was incredibly friendly. Her positive energy was contagious! In addition to the outstanding service, my large order of smoothies, juice, and bowls were loved by my whole family.
