It is so hot in this store, makes it so uncomfortable to wait for drinks. The service is terrible. We ordered 3 drinks and had about 3 people in front of us. The first drink came out right after the 3 people in front of us. The second and third drinks were finished blending at the same time but were put in the cups after other orders that came in after us were finished. What a horrible experience. Went in on a Sunday, 07/19/2026, early evening. The girl working was behind a counter washing dishes. She made eye contact with my wife three times without a word. When she finally did make her way to the register she couldn't have cared less. I ordered a Mango-A-Go-Go and she made some comment about the juice not being ready so the drink would be thin. What? Do you know what makes a smoothie a smoothie. Her attitude was horrendous, we'll never go back

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is the customer service. The wait times are almost always much longer than expected, even when the store doesn’t appear especially busy, and the staff often come across as inattentive or unfriendly. The quality of the food and smoothies has also been inconsistent.
