I’ve given this location multiple chances, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is the customer service. The wait times are almost always much longer than expected, even when the store doesn’t appear especially busy, and the staff often come across as inattentive or unfriendly. The quality of the food and smoothies has also been inconsistent. 115 PM Today on July 1. 2026. We entered the store and there were no other customers. The one staff member walked out from the back and never greeted us or gave eye contact with us. She was self absorbed on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge us. She walked to the back and just ignored us. We were like WT??? We just left. This young teen working needs to be coached on service. You will lose $ having employees like that.
Every time I go here it takes so long to get my order. It's not even that it is ever busy just the staff here are so slow. It honestly makes me not want to come here because of how long it takes to get a smoothie. It's quite a shame.
I came in around 4 pm on June 10 Two young girls working were not friendly or welcoming when i walked in . I waited a bit for my order to be taken MIND YOU no one was there just me and made eye contact with one and she didn't say anything. Left the location get friendly employees
